Our need to achieve the desired goals can generate a rivalry with those who interfere in the activities related directly or our “Self”, facing a contradiction apparently revealed by conflicting personal desires, lack of conviction and determination to overcome obstacles or face the revelation of a new portion of our “Being”. Remember that to achieve big goals is indispensable that we know exactly what we are and where we want to go to work in teams, taking the best from each individual participant for the perfect cohesion of skills, optimizing runtime.
